Ms Athira is currently pursuing a PhD in Tourism and Hospitality, with a focus on disability and social inclusion, demonstrating her dedication to humanitarian causes and social justice. With a Master of Hospitality and Tourism Management, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role.
Passionate about academia and with research spanning over nine years, she has presented her work at multiple prestigious conferences. Her expertise and thought leadership have been recognised through her invitation as a speaker for Indo-Canadian Perspectives on the Application of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
