Important Notes
- All visa and Insurance fees paid upfront cover only the first year; students are required to pay renewal fees separately for the second year.
- The Pearson fee is subject to change based on updates or revisions from the examination board.
- Visa fees may vary depending on changes in government fee structures.
- The visa cancellation fee is partially refundable if the student is in the country (UAE) at the time of visa cancellation.
- In such cases, the student can claim a refund of AED 1,000 from the visa cancellation fee.
Mode of Payment
- Bank Transfer: Transfer funds directly to the designated bank account.
- Cash Transfer to Bank: Deposit cash directly into the designated bank account.
- Credit Card: For credit card payments, please visit the finance team for assistance.
- Payment Link: Contact your Student Relations Officer (SRO) or the finance team via email or call to receive a payment link.
- Post-Dated Cheques (PDCs): PDCs are required for the chosen payment plans.
- Tabby:You can now make your payments easily using the Tabby option as well.
- Any late payments other than the designated and approved payment plan dates will result in penalties.

Payment Confirmation Policy
Upon completing a payment, a receipt will be generated and sent to the registered email address within 24 to 48 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation within this timeframe, please contact us at finance@regenteducation.ae.

Application: Discounts and scholarships apply only to tuition fees unless stated otherwise.
Duration and Renewal: The duration and renewal conditions of discounts and scholarships are detailed in their specific terms.
Changes: We reserve the right to modify discount and scholarship offerings without prior notice. Changes will not affect current confirmed financial awards.
Termination: Discounts and scholarships may be revoked if students do not maintain satisfactory academic progress, violate institutional policies, or provide false information.
Transferability: Discounts and scholarships are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other benefits.
Documentation: Students must provide required documentation to verify eligibility. Inadequate proof may result in denial or revocation.
Combination with Other Financial Aid: Scholarships, but not discounts, may be combined with other financial aids as per the rules of each aid type.
