Background:

Tharshiny Pankaj is co-founder and joint CEO of Regent Group alongside her life and business partner Selva Pankaj. As Academic Registrar, she oversees the administration, technology and the human capital divisions.

Tharshiny started her career as a teacher – after graduating from Brunel University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Science, Tharshiny taught ICT and Computing at a sixth form college. As joint CEO of Regent Group, Tharshiny is vital to the growth of the Group. Tharshiny’s strategic acumen in human resources planning and her adept development of structures, processes, and systems have been pivotal in enhancing Regent’s efficiency and effectiveness. Tharshiny’s leadership has established Regent as a beacon of educational excellence.
